Bantwal Varado level Volley Ball and Throw Ball tournament was organized by Loretto ICYM unit.

Infant Jesus Modankap Church emerged as the winner in Volley Ball tournament while the Loretoo Parish emerged as the winner in Throw Ball tournament that was organized on Sunday, January 18, 2009. 

Six parishes participated in the Volley Ball tournament and five parishes took part in Throw Ball tournament.  Parish Priest Fr. Cyprian Pinto inaugurated the tournament along with Br. Sunil and Mr. James Rodrigues.  Parish council Vice-president Mr. Joe Coelho and Secretary Mr. Hubert Lobo were present on the occasion.

It was a taut match between the Infant Jesus Modankap and Loretto Parish.  Loretto Parish won the runners up in Volley Ball, while the Farla church won the runners up in Throw Ball, a tight fight against the Loretoo Church.

All the teams showcased their energetic and enthusiastic qualities in both Volley Ball and Throw Ball Tournament. 

It was a pleasure to see the spectators cheering and supporting all the players, especially in final rounds of both Throw Ball and Volley Ball tournaments.

Bantwal Varado level Volley Ball and Throw Ball tournament was organized by Loretto ICYM unit.  After the tournament, the event concluded in a ceremony with prize distribution and thanked all the players of both Throw Ball and Volley Ball for their participation
